The Onward Lebanon Project is a private group made up of dedicated supporters of Warrior Athletics. The group is lead by former Lebanon High School Athletic Director and Football Coach, James Van De Grift, as well as local businessman and philanthropist, Spence Cropper.

The project, being done in phases, is being completely funded by private donations. While not a Lebanon City Schools project, it is supported by the school district and a committee lead by Superintendent Mark North, has been formed and is acting in an advisory capacity to the project.
